What's the deal with the order confirmation?

Immediately after placing your order, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail containing all relevant data for your order. Please keep it in a safe place. It also contains an order number, which you will need for any queries.

How does the payment work?

The payment of your order can currently be made by prepayment and Paypal. Please take the necessary data from your order confirmation. Please pay the amount due as soon as possible, stating your order number, so that we can send you the ordered goods as quickly as possible.

How is shipping handled?
